Our Policies

Reservations:
We rely on advance reservations. Cabins are booked for a minimum of two nights. Most Holidays and Weekends in October are a three day minimum.

Rates:
Rates depend on the number of Adults over 12 years and the length of stay. Please get quote from owner by email or phone call.

Deposits:
A credit card will guarantee your reservation until your arrival. Your reservation will be confirmed by email.

Sales and Tourism Tax:
11 % added to all rental prices.

Cleaning Fee:
Cleaning Fees of $50-$75 added.

Cancellations:
We know that even the best-laid plans go astray; thus, we will gladly refund your deposit if cancelled more than 30 days before or apply it to a future available date if notified within 30 days of your reservation.

Check-in time: 3:00 p.m. (or earlier by appointment)
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.

No refunds for late check-ins or early check-outs
